Playing video games should be fun and safe for all. That's why the Xfinity Games, LLC team asks every customer to be respectful of the other players, our equipment, and our staff.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
*Once the deposit is made, you are agreeing to these terms.
REFUNDS
A valid credit/debit card is required to guarantee and pay for your reservation. There are NO REFUNDS. If there is a need to postpone your event due to unforeseen circumstances, we will reschedule for a later date and time.
PARKING
Our theater is designed to be parked on the street and will allow safe access to your home. We do not park in driveways unless street parking is not an option. We need at least 60ft of space, which is 8 to 9 parking spaces. If safe parking is unavailable, client will have the option of moving the party to a nearby location such as a park or will need to reschedule. If you live on a hill or narrow street, please let us know before paying your deposit so we can determine if we are able to provide service for your event or not. A parking area should be reserved as we will arrive 15 to 30 minutes prior to set up. If we have to wait to park, that will take away from your scheduled time.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
Children 5 years old and under are not allowed inside the game theater. There are no exceptions. If there are smaller children at your event, we will have Just Dance available on the outside TV. Please be sure to inform your guests.
PRIVACY POLICY
We are committed to protecting your privacy. The information gathered is for booking purposes only. We do not sell or exchange your personal information to third-party companies.
BAD WEATHER
We come rain or shine! The theater is climate controlled. In the event of severe weather (strong wind, snow, ice, flooding, etc.), that make traveling dangerous, we reserve the right to reschedule.
DAMAGE
Xfinity Games will not be responsible for any property damage due to the client requesting the theater to be parked in a specific location. Any damage to the truck, inside or outside equipment that has been done by your guests (hand sanitizing station, seats, door handles, controllers etc.) will be the responsibility of the client. A fee will also be assessed for any biohazards (human and animal waste, etc.) tracked in or that may occur inside the theater.
REFUSAL OF SERVICE
Xfinity Games reserves the right to refuse service if we observe behavior that we deem to be a potential threat to our employees, guests, or equipment. If there is alcohol on the premises and a guest is unruly, drug use, aggressive language or behavior, or unsafe surroundings will be grounds for Xfinity Games to leave and money will not be refunded.
FOOD/DRINKS
Food and/or drinks are not allowed, this includes gum and candy.
TIPS
Tipping is not required, but it is allowed if you would like to show your appreciation to our game coach.
